• Appointments for consultations, measurements, fittings, and pick-up of orders.

FolaGold is the sole provider of all services and products. All orders, transactions, and appointments are directly between FolaGold and the customer.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features such as booking appointments or placing custom orders, you may be required to register for an account. When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Payments

When purchasing products or placing custom orders:

• All orders are subject to availability. FolaGold reserves the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or if there are pricing errors.
• Payment must be made in full through the available payment methods before orders are processed.
• FolaGold may offer refunds or exchanges at its discretion, in accordance with the Refund Policy.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information.

4. Appointments

Appointments can be booked for consultations, measurements, fittings, and product pickups. By booking an appointment:

• Customers agree to provide accurate contact information including email and phone number.
• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by either party with prior notice.
• Failure to attend appointments without notice may result in cancellation of future bookings.
• All appointment confirmations and updates will be communicated via email or phone.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to use the Platform responsibly and ethically:

• Do not provide false information during orders or bookings.
• Do not misuse the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Respect FolaGold’s intellectual property, products, and materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including images, text, logos, product designs, and software, is owned by FolaGold and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use any content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes should be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Winnipeg, Manitoba, except as required by law.

10. Termination & Suspension

FolaGold may suspend or terminate accounts or access to services for violations of these Terms or misconduct. Termination may occur without prior notice at FolaGold’s sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

FolaGold reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
